Yesterday, DC reported that Dre’s long awaited Detox album will drop on 4/20 of this year. Dre was seen in a short video with producer Just Blaze saying “4/20 I’m coming!” hinting at a possible release date for the album, his first since 2001. However, a rep for Dr. Dre told MTV that the video was not referring to the Detox release date and it is currently unclear just what exactly Dre was referring to. In any case, it appears Dre fans will be celebrating 4/20 this year without a new album.
