Mos Def Signs to G.O.O.D Music

Hip-Hop legend Mos Def has joined Kanye’s super label along side the likes of recently signed Pusha T, Common, John Legend, Big Sean, Kid Cudi, GLC as well as others.

Mos Def makes an appearance on Kanye’s G.O.O.D Friday single “Lord, Lord, Lord” with Swizz Beatz, Raekwon and Charlie Wilson, on which he sets off the track. The Brooklyn emcee and Kanye West discussed their deal as well as other hip-hop related topics with XXL magazine for the October issue which drops tomorrow and features a Kanye West cover story.

Mos and West first collaborated on “Two Words” off of College Dropout, then again for “Drunk And Hot Girls” on Graduation. We can only hope for some of the same stuff between the two.  I wonder who will be the next big name to join the G.O.O.D Music team.
